Return & Refund Policy

At World Cup Fifa Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with any tags still attached.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@worldcupfifashop.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and your prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalised or custom-printed kits (for example, shirts with a custom name and number), and items marked as final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us and we will be glad to help.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. Our 60-day return window is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
